• What size of projects do you take on?

  We deliver projects from LKR 20M interior fit-outs up to multi-storey commercial towers. Our sweet spot is bespoke residential, mid-rise commercial and premium hospitality interiors.

• Do you work outside Colombo?

  Yes. We operate across the islandrecent projects in Galle, Kandy, Negombo and Jaffna. We mobilise a resident site team wherever the project is.

• Can you handle design as well as construction?

  Absolutely. Our design–build service pairs architects, MEP engineers and QS under one contractusually 15–25% faster than the split approach.

• How long does a typical project take?

  It depends on scope. A high-end interior fit-out lands in 10–16 weeks; a private villa 9–14 months; a mid-rise commercial building 18–30 months. We'll give you a detailed programme after the site walk.

• What warranty do you offer?

  12-month defects liability on all works, plus manufacturer-backed warranties on MEP, HVAC, waterproofing and fit-out finishes.
