Cinnamon Heights asked for a calm residential tower on a constrained Colombo 07 plot, delivered without disrupting neighbouring streets. Greystone led general contracting through structure, facade, MEP and a complete soft fit-out package for the first twelve floors.
A 22-storey residential tower delivered on a live urban site, from foundation to handover — including MEP and full interior fit-out.

Challenge
A tight urban site with active neighbours, limited crane windows, and a client programme that could not slip past a fixed handover season.
Approach
We sequenced the build around early MEP risers, a staged facade programme, and daily logistics windows agreed with the city. BIM clash detection cut late redesign, and a resident site leadership team held a daily stand-up with the client QS.
Outcome
Practical completion on schedule. Zero lost-time incidents on site. Early apartments handed over with snag lists closed inside the defects window.
