Palm Cove is a quiet compound of villas along the southern coast. Design–build under one contract let architecture, landscape and interiors move together instead of through splintered packages.
A cluster of two-storey villas with infinity pools, engineered for the coastal climate with passive cooling and reclaimed teak.

Challenge
Salt air, monsoon wind loading, and a client brief that insisted on open living without paying for it in energy cost or maintenance.
Approach
Passive shading, reclaimed teak joinery, and pool engineering tuned to the water table. Landscape and architecture were coordinated in a single weekly workshop so edges, levels and drainage never fought each other.
Outcome
A residence that stays cool with minimal mechanical load, and a site that drains cleanly through the wet season.
