Challenge
Eleven weeks from vacant shell to trading, with bespoke joinery and lighting that could not be improvised on site.
Approach
Off-site fabrication for display walls, a lighting mock-up signed in week two, and a single-trade-critical path owned by the site lead.
Outcome
Store opened on the published date. No rework on the primary display runs.
