Horizon Corporate Tower is a Grade-A office building on a Colombo 02 plot. Greystone held the main contract through structure, curtain wall, HVAC and life-safety systems.
A commercial tower built to LEED-aligned standards with a double-skin facade that cuts cooling load by an estimated 22%.

Challenge
Meeting LEED-aligned performance targets on a speculative commercial brief without pricing the building out of the lease market.
Approach
A double-skin facade with coordinated HVAC zoning, early fire-engineering workshops, and envelope mock-ups signed off before mass fabrication.
Outcome
Estimated 22% reduction in cooling load versus the baseline facade. Practical completion with certificates in hand for the first tenant fit-outs.
